Schedule E to the KorrAI Master Services Agreement
AI model providers
https://legal.korrai.com/ai-providersCurrent AI Model Providers used by KorrAI in the delivery of the Services are listed below, with data-use, training, retention, caching, logging, and abuse-monitoring notes.
Microsoft: Azure OpenAI Service / Azure AI Foundry
- Azure OpenAI is used under a commercial Azure subscription governed by Microsoft's Product Terms, not consumer terms. Microsoft does not use Customer Data submitted through Azure OpenAI to train, retrain, or improve the Azure OpenAI Service or any other Microsoft or third-party product.
- Microsoft may retain and review Customer Data submitted to Azure OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse and policy-compliance monitoring, unless a modified-abuse-monitoring exception has been separately obtained for the applicable deployment. KorrAI has not applied for this exception as of the Effective Date.
- Region: East US.
- No customer-managed encryption key is configured; data is encrypted using Microsoft-managed keys.
- Authentication to Azure OpenAI from KorrAI's infrastructure uses a federated identity credential rather than a static API key.
Google: Vertex AI
- Google does not use Customer Data submitted via Vertex AI to train or fine-tune models, in accordance with Google Cloud's Service Specific Terms.
- By default, Vertex AI caches inputs in memory for up to 24 hours to reduce latency, and Google may log prompts for abuse-monitoring purposes. KorrAI has not requested the zero-data-retention configuration for this workload as of the Effective Date.
General notes
- AI Model Providers may retain limited Customer Data, Outputs, or related metadata for abuse monitoring, safety, security, debugging, legal compliance, or similar operational purposes as described above.
- Either provider's zero-data-retention option may be requested if a specific engagement requires it; absent such a request, the default retention described above applies.
